“I needed to rebuild my confidence as much as my fitness. Feeling that I still had strength and endurance in me was emotional. I felt proud of my body and everything it was doing for me.”

“I was extremely proud of my farmers carry's, which we practiced a ton during training and I was nervous to tackle this time around. I finished the station unbroken and PR'd them big time (a full minute)!”

“What got me through the hard times is just telling myself that I've been through worse moments in life and that this is just a few minutes! I also thought about all the people that were cheering me on and watching my race (kids, husband, you) and you're doing it for them!!”
Tell me where you are now and where you actually want to be.
I read every form myself. You'll hear back from me within 48 hours.
We'll book a call, talk it through, and see if we're the right fit.
Zero cookie-cutter plans. Your schedule, your body, your weak points.
Fuel to perform, not to shrink. Enough food to actually get stronger.
No more guessing if it's working. You'll see exactly what changed.
You're not doing this alone. I'm a message away, every single day.

I coach women who want to find out what they're actually capable of. No cookie-cutter plans, no 1,200 calories, no pretending this is supposed to feel easy. Just hybrid strength and endurance programming built around your schedule and your body, and someone in your corner who will push you further than you'd ever push yourself and tell you the truth when you're sandbagging.

I wasn't the athletic kid. I was the overweight one who lost 50lbs at sixteen the worst way possible — 1,000 calories a day, skipping lunch — and spent years paying for it with an eating disorder and a thyroid condition. In 2022 I picked up a barbell instead. Since then: 20lbs of muscle gained while looking leaner, 12 minutes off my HYROX time, 14 off my half. What holds most women back isn't discipline. It's that no one ever told them they were allowed to go harder.
